Axel offers 20+ years of extensive experience delivering superior shareholder value for technology-oriented companies through strategic initiatives and accretive M&A transactions.

He led 40+ cross-border M&A transactions, mostly accretive, on five continents undertaken by large corporates such as Alten, Segula Technologies, Atos, and Worldline. As an independent consultant, he completed another series of M&A, private equity, and LBO transactions serving tech companies.

Specializing in strategic foresight, he enables CEOs and investors to solve strategic issues, drive transformational shifts, and enhance differentiation.

Axel founded Odyssey to create innovative strategic advisory services for AI and, more generally, frontier technology companies. He is now on a mission to help the French, European, and US tech ecosystems further develop to meet strategic sovereignty and sustainability objectives.

Impact is at the heart of his entrepreneurial project, which involves numerous initiatives to reconcile technology and sustainability.

He actively participates in project execution and takes exceptional care of technology companies on their way to a sustainable strategic differentiation that yields substantial value.

Graduated from ESSEC Business School, Université Paris Dauphine- PSL, and certified international director by INSEAD. Former finance teacher at HEC Paris and Mines ParisTech.
