This cookie policy complements our privacy policy. It specifically details the cookies and trackers used on odyssey.tech, in compliance with French CNIL 2020-2026 recommendations and the ePrivacy directive.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. It allows the website to remember information about your browsing to facilitate your next visit, measure audience or personalize content.
Beyond cookies, websites may use other trackers (invisible pixels, fingerprinting, local storage). This policy covers all these technologies, collectively referred to as "cookies".
2. Your choices
odyssey.tech sets no cookie that requires your consent: no analytics, advertising or retargeting cookie. For this reason, no consent banner is displayed.
You can still block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings (see section 6).
3. Categories of cookies used
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential to the operation of the website and do not require your consent, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act. Purposes: technical session management and protection of the website against attacks.
3.2 Audience measurement without cookies
Audience statistics are produced by our host, Framer, without cookies and without cross-site tracking: aggregated page views, referrers, device types and countries. No individual visitor is identified and no profile is built.
Because nothing is stored on or read from your device for this purpose, this measurement does not require your consent.
3.3 No advertising cookies
Odyssey does not use any advertising, retargeting or ad audience measurement cookies. We do not have Facebook/Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, or equivalent. Our B2B activity does not rely on online advertising.

5. Third-party cookies and international transfers
The cookies of external services are placed on those services' own pages, when you choose to visit them, and are governed by their own policies: Stripe (stripe.com/privacy), Calendly (calendly.com/privacy), Google (policies.google.com/privacy), Brevo (brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy) and Framer (framer.com/legal/privacy-policy).
These subprocessors are based in the United States. Data transfers are framed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) of the European Commission, in accordance with Articles 44-46 of the GDPR.
