Why 21 days? Can it be faster?

The bottleneck isn't our work — it's the time to gather baseline data from your team and run statistically meaningful measurements. We could deliver a framework in 7 days, but the numbers wouldn't be defensible. 21 days is the minimum honest commitment.

Does it work if we have many AI initiatives?

Yes — that's exactly the design. The framework starts with 2-3 pilot workflows where we apply the full depth, then the extension playbook lets your team replicate the method across the rest of your portfolio. We've seen clients extend it to 15-20 workflows within six months.

What data do you need from us?

For each workflow: pre-AI operational metrics (cycle time, error rate, output volume), team time logs if available, post-AI observation data, and access to 2-3 stakeholders who run the workflow. We don't need access to sensitive customer data or financials beyond what's strictly necessary.
