Our only product is our judgment.
Odyssey sells no execution, no software and no licences. Independence is not a claim on this page; it is how the firm is built, and these are the six rules that keep it so.
§ 01 · Our commitments
Six rules, applied to every engagement.
N° 01
No commissions, from anyone.
We accept no referral fees, commissions, rebates or co-marketing payments from any AI vendor, platform, integrator or consultancy. Our only revenue on an engagement is the fee our client pays.
N° 02
We do not build, integrate or run what we recommend. A recommendation to build, buy or partner never carries a delivery contract for Odyssey, so it is never shaped by one.
N° 03
No licences resold.
We do not resell software, models or cloud capacity. When we compare vendors, the comparison reflects our read of the market, not a margin on the outcome.
N° 04
Specialist partners, named and under our direction.
When an engagement requires a specialist, such as a code or data audit in a due diligence, the partner works under our direction and is named in the engagement letter. It is never paid by a vendor under review.
N° 05
Conflicts declared before we start.
Before every engagement, we check for conflicts of interest: current clients, prior mandates, business relationships with the parties involved. Any link is disclosed to the client in writing. Where it could impair our judgment, we decline the mandate.
N° 06
Measurement kept apart from delivery.
When we measure the return of AI, we are never the party that delivered it. The return is instructed by a firm with nothing to defend but the accuracy of the number.
